The 'Print Like a Pro" series are product buying guides for UPrinting, an online printing company, to aid customers pre-purchase and alleviate customer pain points. I am responsible for the scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and subtitling each video.

The project has been ongoing since March 2024 and has since introduced many tutorial videos on UPrinting's PDP pages. Within less than 4 weeks of initial A/B testing, customer engagement, CVR and AOV has increased significantly.

Meeting frequently with the CMO, the creative director, category managers, content managers we defined the scope and general strategy of the project. A crucial contribution was narrowing down the major objectives of the production down to the question introduced at the start of each video.
I researched heavily into each product and the company’s branding voice to prepare the scripts and storyboards. Including factchecking and simplifying terms for novice users.
After the storyboard was approved, I requested the necessary company assets, from print product sets to stock footage for the videos. I then used my house as a studio, equipped with Skytex lighting, and shot the footage using a Canon EFS camera.
Raw footage was then edited and compiled using After Effects and Adobe Premiere. I used Vrew to mix and incorporated sampled voice clips from the voice talent,
The videos are currently integrated in their respective product detail pages and hosted on UPrinting’s YouTube channel for broader audience engagement.
